Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related policies published by 7774 pub:

By accessing the 7774 pub platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed the registration process.

These Terms apply to all Players accessing 7774 pub from any device, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. The Terms apply equally whether you access the platform via a web browser or any other means made available by 7774 pub.

If you are accessing 7774 pub on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you and that person or entity.

To register and maintain an account on 7774 pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law governing gambling activities.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all real-money gaming sessions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7774 pub, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that covers online gaming platforms.
• You must not have had a previous 7774 pub account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep such information updated at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a Philippine network. You will also be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document for KYC verification purposes. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, and UMID.

7774 pub reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 7774 pub at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 7774 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7774 pub immediately via the live chat support function. Upon receiving such notification, 7774 pub will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

• Account balances are non-transferable between players and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of.
• 7774 pub reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 7774 pub will notify you via email before applying any dormancy policy to your account.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawal requests being resolved.

All financial transactions on 7774 pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 7774 pub does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash (mobile wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (mobile wallet)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. 7774 pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in aggregate within a calendar month.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7774 pub may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• 7774 pub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a Player's account.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonus offers are subject to game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements.
• 7774 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 7774 pub platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. 7774 pub accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

All random number generator (RNG) based games on 7774 pub use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-completion rules. 7774 pub is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.
• In the event of a software malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, 7774 pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 7774 pub at any time.
• 7774 pub reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed after the official close of betting, or placed in circumstances that 7774 pub reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7774 pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 7774 pub immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 7774 pub platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 7774 pub staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by 7774 pub.

7774 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. An alert will be displayed when the limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7774 pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 7774 pub Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personal data collected by 7774 pub is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. 7774 pub does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers where required for the operation of the platform or compliance with applicable law.

• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• All data transmissions between your device and the 7774 pub platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• 7774 pub retains transaction records and account data for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

All content on the 7774 pub platform, including but not limited to the 7774 pub name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of 7774 pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7774 pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 7774 pub.

• Screen-capturing, recording, or streaming gameplay from 7774 pub for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization.
• Any unauthorized use of 7774 pub intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7774 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7774 pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7774 pub will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• 7774 pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• 7774 pub is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the Player's failure to secure their credentials.

7774 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 7774 pub reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the discretion of 7774 pub, particularly where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or the use of multiple accounts.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the Player's own request or due to the Player's jurisdiction becoming restricted — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7774 pub operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are advised that online gambling is regulated in the Philippines and that participation in real-money gaming on 7774 pub is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

7774 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7774 pub will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 7774 pub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 7774pub.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
